Cameras are there to prove the work, not to watch the people doing it. These rules are written into every partner agreement.
- 01 Bench-only framing Cameras capture the work surface — hands, tools and samples — not faces or the wider lab.
- 02 Only Augmentiv work Capture is active only while your team runs Augmentiv experiments. Your other clients and projects are never recorded.
- 03 Never used to rank people Footage verifies protocol steps. It is never used to monitor or score individual operators.
- 04 Deviations caught count in your favour When an issue is caught and corrected, the record shows it was handled — that’s the system working.

What labs ask us first.
What does the camera setup involve?
Each bench gets an off-the-shelf camera and a tablet for step-by-step instructions, connected. Cameras frame the work surface only. Most benches are ready the same day.
Who owns the data and the video?
Quantitative results stay with you and your client — we never train on them or share them. Footage is used to produce the verified record. Only de-identified video of operators’ movements, paired with the protocol, is ever used beyond that, and only with your consent.
Can we choose which experiments we take?
Yes. You set your capabilities and capacity, we only send work that matches, and you accept or decline each request before anything is committed.
How and when are labs paid?
The fee for each job is agreed before you accept it. We invoice the client and pay your lab for every completed run on the schedule in your partner agreement — you never chase payment.
What happens if something goes wrong during a run?
The deviation is flagged in the run record. Issues your team catches and corrects are recorded as handled. If a run can’t be recovered, we work with you and the client on a re-run.
Is there any exclusivity?
No. Augmentiv work fits alongside your existing clients and internal projects.
