Your method becomes a runnable protocol.

Upload a PDF, a doc or a short brief. Our intake engine extracts every step and parameter into a structured protocol, and a scientist on our team resolves anything ambiguous with you.

  • Volumes, temperatures and timings captured as data
  • Missing parameters flagged before work starts
  • Equipment, materials, time and cost scoped up front

Your bench — or ours.

Run the protocol in your own lab with Augmentiv, or route it to a vetted partner lab with the right instruments and track record.

  • Only vetted labs with a verified run history
  • Matched on capability, quality and availability
  • You see who runs your work — and why

Every step is checked against the protocol.

Step-by-step instructions guide the operator on a tablet while an off-the-shelf camera records the work. Our models align each action to its protocol step, and anything off-protocol is flagged in the run record — not discovered later in your data.

  • Each action aligned to its protocol step
  • Deviations flagged for review
  • Video evidence saved for every critical step

Results arrive with their proof.

Your data is packaged with a run record: every step, timestamp, deviation and clip, linked to the samples it touched.

  • Raw and processed data in your formats
  • A sealed, shareable run record
  • Repeat in one click — same lab or another

  • Parses PDFs, docs and plain-language briefs, drawing on 175,000 lab workflows
  • Captures every volume, temperature and timing as data
  • Flags missing or conflicting parameters
  • Scientist review before anything is quoted
LAB NETWORK

The right bench, every time

  • Labs vetted on facilities, quality systems and staff
  • Matched on instruments and track record
  • Shared operating standards across every partner
  • Verified history that builds with every run
VISION VERIFICATION

Eyes on every step

  • Tablet guidance and off-the-shelf cameras
  • Models that recognize tools, samples and actions
  • Each action aligned to its protocol step
  • Deviations flagged in the run record
RUN RECORD

Proof that travels with the data

  • Timestamped log of every step and actor
  • Video evidence linked to critical steps
  • Records shared in formats agreed with your team
  • Shareable with collaborators, QA and reviewers
ANATOMY OF A RUN RECORD

What ships with every result.

The run record is the difference between “trust us” and “see for yourself.” Here’s what’s inside.

  1. 1ProtocolThe exact version that was run, with the lab and the date.
  2. 2Step-by-step comparisonWhat the protocol called for against what we observed — with a confidence level for every step.
  3. 3DeviationsWhere the work differed from the protocol, flagged for review.
  4. 4Video of the runThe full recording, linked to each step in the comparison.
  5. 5Spoken notesWhat the operator said during the run, captured and transcribed.

PLATFORM FAQ

Good questions.

Which experiments can Augmentiv run?

Most bench-scale molecular, cell and analytical biology work — for example qPCR, ELISA, cell culture and sample prep. If you’re unsure, send us the protocol and a scientist on our team will tell you whether it’s a fit.

What happens when something goes off-protocol?

Deviations are flagged when the run is processed. Every deviation — and how it was handled — is recorded in the run record, so nothing is hidden from you.

Can I see how my experiment went?

Yes. Once the run is processed, you can review every step, the video and the comparison against your protocol in the run record.

How are partner labs vetted?

Labs are reviewed on facilities, quality systems, staff expertise and capacity before joining, and every verified run adds to their track record. See For labs for details.

Who owns the data?

You do. Your quantitative results are never used to train models and never shared. Only de-identified video of operators’ movements, paired with protocols, is ever used beyond your run record — and only with consent. See Security & privacy.

Do we need special equipment?

No. Each bench uses an off-the-shelf camera and a tablet for step-by-step instructions, connected. There’s nothing to install on your instruments.

Does Augmentiv replace our CRO?

No. We work with CROs and labs, not against them — the same way a ride-sharing app works with drivers rather than building cars. Augmentiv makes the work visible and frees up capacity; the lab still does the science.

How is pricing calculated?

Each experiment is quoted up front based on materials, instrument time and complexity. You approve the quote before any work begins.

See it run on your protocol.
